RE: FN-FORUM: 1+1 Ms Hosting
date posted 27th June 2003 11:56
Thanks Michael,
Doh, not what I wanted to hear!
1+1 have been grand with their Linux hosting, probs cos it's nice and =
stable
for 1 years and not M$!
Only really wanted to have the ASP package for tinkering so that if a =
client
comes along insisting on an MS site, then I can do it quickly and =
easily!
Would rather stick to one provider!
Will probs stick it out with 1+1 for the next month or so and it it =
keeps
happening, junk them and forget ASP and stick to good old PHP!!
Only issue I saw with Hostek is that I tend to need a LOT of bandwidth. =
When
I do a big site they tend to be in the region of 20-30Gb a month! The =
pro
package with 1+1 is ideal for that with 40Gb which is usually more than
sufficient and for =A318 a month can't be beat by many providers!
Doh, why did I have to think about developing in ASP!
Cheers,
Chris.
