But strive as Apple might, the Mac is still too complicated for some. I know
because they call me after the magazine they bought, the book they bought,
the help desk service they paid for, have totally baffled them. So I go see
them, get it working, try to make it mind blowing simple ... And still
they're confused.

Liked the 'every OS sucks' one as well.
