Thanks Martin and Paul but its Windows and I'm on Mac.

I tested it through another adsl link and got these results:

Downstream 426 Kbps (53.3 KB/sec)(True speed) 460 Kbps (inc.
overheads) (Actual speed)
Upstream 115 Kbps (14.4 KB/sec) (True speed) 124 Kbps (inc.
overheads) (Actual speed)

Is that good?
