Total opposite to me, we should partner up! One to one I can talk for
England - put me in front of a group and ask me to talk and I go bright
red and talk like I'm on a cocktail of speed and helium.

Usually the small talk will be about your business anyway so if your
passionate about what you do, you won't have to think about what to say
it'll just develop. Ask them questions about their business and how else
they get new business. The great thing is you've all got something in
common, you all run a business and understand the ups and downs. Like
someone said, the visitor host will take you under their wing.
