FN-FORUM: Web Matrix

Does anyone here know what I am doing wrong???, have have installed
webmatrix and .net framework... and when i create a site and try to run it
from webmatrix, i get a web site pop up saying that there was no web sites
found,(in a green box) and below it is a text bos asking me to try another
search??? what is that all about????
