FN-FORUM: Quote for intellectual property & source code rights

Afternoon everyone,

Just looking for peoples thoughts about this.....

A potential client is looking to have some software written, they are
seeking the rights to all the source code and intellectual property. I =
have
a rough idea of the price to charge without those (but it does include a
royalty deal which will also bite the dust with the hand over of the
rights).

Does anyone use a multiplier in these situation if so what level?
