I use Interdev & Visual Studio .NET because my work is more programming
than layout. I use TopStyle for my CSS editor (launched from ID/VS)
Fireworks MX for the sort of graphics that I tend to need....

True. HTML Kit is the nearest thing I've ever found to dreamweaver, but its
still not in the same class.
The only program i ever use, is dreamweaver mx. and i wouldnt dream of

WHAT!!!?? As yet there is nothing that can come even remotely close to
Dreamweaver (fact). As for crashing, it has never happened to me once -

Comodo (instantSSL) is not Web Trust Compliant. QuickSSL or Thawte -
not too bad on cost.
