I've been using DW for many years and never seen to do that AFAICR, it =
has
settings to change the case of tags and attributes but not the values... =
I
suspect your have something odd going on rather than just a setting you =
need
to change.
Uninstall and re-install? also have you checked the MM Dreamweaver =
support
newsgroups?
