An expert wouldn't be running Win98 and would have upgraded IE to a version

I am trying to move the position of the layers when somebody changes the
browser window size e.g. if you use the 'Restore Down' when you have IE full
screen and then you use the arrow thing in the bot...

It could be that you've got frames blocked...
Try sticking an error message saying that your browser must support
frames or test it in Opera (is it ?) that you can disable frames support

Just tested it here using my Virtual PC install with Win98 and IE 5.0
and it came up fine. Also works ok on Moz 1.3 and IE 6in W2k SP4. Will

Theres no typecasting in PHP
you can use the functions ceil, floor and round to acheive what you're after

The only problem I had was cabbaged USB & VIA drivers on my elderly Athlon.
A quick re-install of those and all has been fine ever since.
