Acrobat has a programme called Catalog as part of the suite of software. You
can do a little fine tuning, exempting some words etc. Just create an index
of all the pdfs then hit the build key. Not 100% sure it is called this in
version 5, but you can recomile a CD with the pdfs and add the search
directory you created - so it loads automatically.
