FN-FORUM: Windows Explorer

Can someone kind soul help me with the following Explorer (Win 98) problem?
When I right click my mouse while hovering over a directory, why is it that
sometimes the dropdown box includes the 'Find' option and sometimes not.
What must I do to ensure that 'Find' is always included in the list?
