If you want it to be as universal as possible, I would suggest not embedding
it. Embedded players can be a pain in the arse to embed for cross-platform
compatibility. If you just want to play mp3's, I'd just make an .m3u file or
similar that links to the mp3's and then link to that. Then the system's
default mp3 player will just leap out atcha.

If you have to embed, then my personal preference would be Windows Media
Player, using object and embed to cover IE and Netscape at least. The M$
knowledgebase covers it...
Don't bank on the embedded player working on IE/Mac though...
