FN-FORUM: email addy being used for spam

has anyone else had their email addy used to send spam from? discovered
mines being used when i got 'mail delivery returned' messages :mad:

anyone know a way to stop it happening - probably no way i'm sure, but i
thought i'd see if there was a 'nice' way before i embark on my nasty method
