Try using xcopy from a command prompt (or even copy). The syntax is in Help.
It might also help to log on as Administrator if you haven't already.

Get a TFT flat panel, prices are reasonable now, watch out for dead pixels

Someone already said this but you can filter off the emails to a folder
using the rules in outlook. And if you are finding it hard to find responses
to your mails just set-up up another rule filtering...
