Hi Luke, (and everyone else reading)

been a lot of messages since this once cropped up eh? Thanks again for the
assistance, I have two more questions to ask :-

1. Regarding netscape - I'm not sure how I should be referencing the
layers - must I use:

document.layers[thisone].visibility = 'visible';

instead of document.all.... ?

I'm not trying to get it to work on old, old browsers, just NN6+ but I'm not
sure what it supports - and when I test it in NN7.1 it just realoads the
page and doesn't swap the visibility of the divs...

I've gone full circle - different scripts but same problem!

The other thing I wanted to check was - testing on another user's machine
yesterday (- winxp ie6 same as I have here -) the div was showing and then
the page was directing to another unnamed page - would missing out my '#'
from the cause that? (I'm just about to change it and I'm
really hoping it's the solution!!!).

I do remember it crashed your mac so I can understand if you want to avoid
it ;o)
Also, either my internet connection or the city server are misbehaving so
the page has been frequently unavailable!
