12-plus? Never heard of it-didn't have that when I were a lass. I did the
scholarship exams at 10 in order to go at 11 (into the second year, but I
was a child prodigy - NOT!). Just four subjects though, English, maths,
French and Latin.
Would have done CE at much the same time.
