Urban Myth territory here, I have heard that story told of Meadowell Estate
(which has also had its Metro Station renamed in a 'rebranding' attempt).
Seriously, if you haven't visited Newcastle in the last few years, you will
be amazed at the transformation into a truly 'European' City - and bugger
the Culture bid going to Liverpool!
