it's pretty straightforward if you know what to do in HTML - just create
your form in flash as you would in HTML using "input" text fields (you can
put your "hidden" form fields off stage or make them invisible)
then create a button saying "submit" or whatever
on this button put a getURL command and in the URL put the location of your
usual form handling script.
