FN-FORUM: Page Check Please

Can you kindly folk out there take a look at this page for me
http://www.ajcgroup.co.uk/care_consultancy.php and tell me what you see.
Some of the background images and all the text are styled in CSS and it
looks fine from my computer (Win 98, IE6).

However my client says from his computers he is seeing large Times New Roman
text, no silver/grey line under the main page header, no blue background on
the first heading on the page and black text on a blue background on the
form when it should be white.

The strangest thing is he has other sites which are all using exactly the
same style sheets, images and layout and these are appearing fine on his
computers just not this one.

I would like to know what people are viewing with please and also if anyone
sees the same problem if they can suggest what might be the cause (something
extremely simple I suspect).
