FN-FORUM: transparent background

Hi,
Is the following possible and if so how do you do it:-
To have a cell with an image as a background and an IFRAME on top of
part of it which contains text with has a transparent background so that the
image in the cell shows through. background_color: transparent in css
doesn't work.
