FN-FORUM: Keywords in URLS - for the seo experts.

Hi peeps,
just wondering how good keywords in the url of a website
really are in aiding positioning?

If they are useful and I have a website thats name has no keywords or
phrases within it, is there anyway I can utilise key phrase urls and
redirect them or create clone sites?

any advice on this topic appreciated.
