No you can't. Which is a right pain. But hopefully it doesn't need doing

Can you really not set your name servers through their control panel?

One of my customers has had to fax them a request to change the name
servers to ours, I hope they'll do it, but in a quick google one person
seemed to indicate not. :/ Now I see why they're so cheap! Grrr.
