RE: FN-FORUM: Keywords in URLS - for the seo experts.

Hi,
From my experience of keywords and URLs, especially with Google. They are
given a fair bit of weight, which would make sense from a google point of
view. If youve got a keyword in the URL, then the chances are its going to
be a relevant site.
With regards to making use of them, you can setup what is known as a domain
alias. With an alias, you will only need to run the one site, you just have
both URL's pointing at the same place.
Hope this helps.

Subject: FN-FORUM: Keywords in URLS - for the seo experts.
Hi peeps,
just wondering how good keywords in the url of a website
really are in aiding positioning?
If they are useful and I have a website thats name has no keywords or
phrases within it, is there anyway I can utilise key phrase urls and
redirect them or create clone sites?
any advice on this topic appreciated.
tia vav :)
