If the database is on a windows box, I would write a service that calls a
stored procedure. Otherwise run a program from a cron job that calls a
stored procedure.

Er no, 10% off this fee means 10% of the fee is deducted.
But then NI has gone up by one 1% which is actually 10% or so of what it
was...

Someone has spoofed your email address as the return address on some
