A friend's company is putting together a line of tshirts that will soon be
sold online and in shops. They're trying to get some feedback on which
designs to get printed up so if you've got a spare 5 minutes and like
looking at pretty pictures, please check out the survey:

Rubber Cheese have been designing some tshirts to sell online on our new
HTML website.

You can view all the designs and vote on the ones you like/dont.

On each page, just fill in you answers and press Submit Request at the
bottom of the page, this will then take you to the next page of designs, 5
in all, and finally to a entrants page for the chance to win your favourite
design.
