I think you are on a losing battle since it says that the commission is
based on the amount and the discount is on the commission. So therefore
there is no misleading statement, the same thing could be said of the
computer if they said 10% off and then they said they would give you 10% of
the asking price i.e. an computer for 1000 would have an asking price of 900
and your cost would be 810 not 800.
