FN-FORUM: IISHelp causing me headaches..

I know this is a really stupid problem, but when I load IISHelp from the
localhost page of my fresh iis 5.1 installation, the navigation on the left
of the window won't run - rendering the help pages useless...

All that is there is a blank box with a little picture in the top left
corner.

What have I done to make it not work....
