RE: FN-FORUM: Lemming OT, definately Space Invaders or Vic20 if anybody remembers

Wasn't me! It was like 'Cosmic Cruncher' on the Vic20; my dad had
method, me had spontaneity, leading to all out panic and ultimately
death very quickly. This habit has stayed with me concerning computer
games except a game called "Wizball" on the Spectrum with which I was
the countries all out champion score wise, with a score amounting to
10000000's using an overheating Spectrum that I used to use external
fans to keep cool whilst playing. The record was keeping the Spectrum
(and Wizball) going for over 30 hours and then the power pack scared me
so save game and OFF! They never did kill me ;) I gave up cause I was
bored!

So, who were the people who used to know how many shots you had to take
and
then wait for the mothership(?) to come so that you got the maximum
score?
