FN-FORUM: Director Xtra problems

I have tried checking the box to install it but it seems to be blanked out
on the directemail Xtra -
The mail form works fine in the director mx its self the problem occurs once
its been published.
I get the error could not install xtra, will now quit.

Any other ideas?
