When you paste what how? Did you tell it to use Hebrew or something?

Hi

After installing XP Pro and XP Office I've been suffering my insertion point
sticking to the left of a paste instead of it moving to the right. I
remember there was a setting that I incorrectly set during installation so
do with this very thing but I can't find how to set it back to where I want
it. I've tried XP Help, support.microsoft.com and Google but I've drawn a
blank. Does anyone know where this setting is?
