Installing Netscape shouldn't have affected your copy of navigator at
all. However, if you are looking for your apache configuration, look in
c:/apache/conf/httpd.conf (or wherever you've got it installed)

for a line like:

Listen 80

and change it back to:

Listen 8080

Don't forget to shutdown and restart Apache for the changes to take effect.
