FN-FORUM: autorun.exe for cd

Hi, everybody!

I've made a (mostly html) presentation with was put on CD, for offline
promotion, as well. Could anybody describe me the complete process of
making an autorun.exe, which would simply start IE after putting cd in
comp, openning my index.htm?
