We used dabs.com until they shipped us the wrong product - their =
warehouse
picking mistake. We had to order and pay for the replacement, then wait =
for
the wrong item to be collected. It took weeks to sort out, and hours and
hours on the phone, waiting in queues for half an hour, listening to =
foul
music, plus several unanswered emails and faxes. Despite the fact that =
their
web site claimed that one could contact the MD directly, and even =
published
his email address, that was a complete fiction. There was never an =
apology
for the costly and frustrating mistake they had made. I will never, ever =
buy
from dabs.com again.
Making a mistake is one thing - failing to rectify it promptly and =
apologise
for it is unforgivable.
