I take the same attitude with Computer Orbit up in Gateshead. Things do go
wrong, so it's worth paying a couple of quid more than the 'internet's
cheapest' to be able to take it back and complain - plus there's no P&P.
Fair play to them, they have always sorted out any issues if you politely
explain, face to face with a technician, which is much preferable to endless
phone calls with sales staff...
