I really didn't think it would be a problem - the business I was in was shut
down, I no longer needed the adverts, so I called them, and they cancelled
the upcoming print ad no problem - I just assumed, wrongly it seems now,
that I could cancel the weblink aswell - I mean why wouldn't I be able to?
It's not like I had paid for the whole thing and was asking them to refund
part of the money - I had paid up to the date I wanted to cancel - but NO -
and then to tell me that "the facilities do not exist to remove it" - are
they telling me there's no way they can remove the word "Website" from the
listing - I think not.

Plus their customer support is awful - it takes days to get an email
response, and even then they seem incapable of understanding what you're
asking them - after all this, and after I had asked them to remove all the
listings, I was getting replies saying "Yes yes, we'll remove it right
away" - it's still listed on the site now, a month later - the weblink is
still there too, even though the "year" is now up and all has been paid in
full. Idiots!

Anywayyyyy - does anyone have any advice for me regarding them not removing
my personal details for their systems? Please?
