That may be so, but that doesn't mean they can't remove my details now,
after I have formally requested it, and since we no longer have any kind of
relationship - and it doesn't mean they have to keep selling them on - since
we have no relationship now, and we are not under a contract, surely they
have no "right" to sell them on anymore, and if I ask them to remove the
details, they should oblige.
