FN-FORUM: contacts list - again!

- Still trying to get together a list of contacts ready to send press
release info out when our website is ready but struggling as im still
entering each contact in individually.
A totally mind dulling experience.
I know I have been here before and asked this question but im asking
those who may not have seen my last post a few weeks ago: please anyone
got any ideas on how I could get a list of media contacts together
without spending any money?? ALL suggestions very very very welcome :)
