Hey Dan I agree but you have opted-in to it and when you read the small
print of the agreement for the web link that you didn't want they will be
covered.
My best advice would be to refer it to the Data Protection Registrar
www.dataprotection.gov.uk/ and also lok up who is the data controller at
Yell.com (
http://www.dpr.gov.uk/cgi-bin/dpr98-fetch.pl?source=DPR&docid=235957 ) and
state your case to them in writing.
