Don't talk about yourself or your business. They already know that as you're
on the short list. (OK - a little bit but keep it short)
What's their problem? It's not the same answer as 'Why did they put out this
tender?' - it's more fundamental than that and it's nothing to do with web
servers or html or flash.
Talk about them, their business and their products and their
clients/customers. Talk about how you can solve their problem -
intelligently, effectively, economically and reliably.
Make good eye contact. Get on their wavelength. Listen.
