without putting the dampners on your presentation Lindsey. The tendering
process can sometimes just be an exercise for the sake of an exercise. You
still have go for it even though the chances are there is a company standing in
the wing with the project already in the bag!
I just got pipped to the post by poptel and if I had known before the
presentation they were in the race I woundn't have bothered even going even
though we were shortlisted to the last three! Money wasn't an issue poptel were
about £20k more expensive than us and we weren't going in cheap.
So just go in with a 'solution' to what they want and 'how' you propose to do it
and with a 'decent price'. Go for it and enjoy ;)
