RE: FN-FORUM: disclaimer
date posted 19th August 2003 22:14
I've just finished reading a law book on internet content etc....and a
disclaimer won't protect the site owner/author/publisher from a reasonable
challenge (and there are test cases to prove it).

Subject: FN-FORUM: disclaimer
Hi,
One of my sites publishes information/articles/news submitted by readers
whilst I try try to check their accurate it not always possible. Does
anyone have a disclaimer i can 'borrow' saying we're not responsible for
the content and no suing us, but using longer words.
Thanks,
Tam
