FN-FORUM: refresh redirect

I've got a page no longer relevant in Google so rather than lose
position I've tried to put a redirect on it. I did this in Dreamweaver
by inserting refresh, 0 seconds delay and the url i wanted to go to but
it doesn't work. This is the code it produced in the head tag.



Is this right?
