That's interesting 'cos it was my understanding (from BT) that they
didn't have SMTP servers for OpenWorld - but then they hardly ever know
what they're talking about anyway!

In the meantime, I had the client download AdAware and run it - after
removing some 150 odd spyware components, service has resumed. I guess
it's possible that one of these components was blocking a port somewhere
(although I don't know much about the technicalities of such things!!)
