FN-FORUM: streaming video encoding and hosting

really vague request for a ballpark quote and/or pointers for who i
should be talking to:

- encoding of many (100+) short video tapes. around 100 hours of
content.
- hosting of said content.

and, before anyone asks, it's non-adult in nature. :)

i actually think the biggest cost is going to be in the encoding of the
video. this problem has only just been thrown at me, but i'm suspecting
it may work out cheaper to encode in house.

anyway. comments/thoughts/boxes of chocolates appreciated. on or off
list.
