Personally, I'd always recomment Legend (Bradford) for hosting.. I have
a few boxes colo'd there.. and they are quite resonable.. they also have
(I seem to remember) a few 2000 servers running mssql so they might
allow accept to those..

I don't know if where you are in the country is an issue.. but if it's
