ooh.. can't argue there.. lol.. have spoke to a few supp. staff there
that don't know what they are talking about..

generally.. I'd say if you got through to the right person.. your
alright (in my experience, this is the usual clause) .. but if you *do*
manage this.. they are quite proficient..

the guy that started Legend was a guy called Nigel Wadsworth.. and he
was a "low-down get dirty techie".. I met him again a few months ago and
he's still pretty much the same.. (wears a nice suit now though! lol)

I've always said that a company that is led by people who know the
business is better than the companies where the CEO doesn't know the
mouse from the motherboard.. and relies on his secretary to explain how
to change the MS-Word dictionary from US to UK.. should be in a
difference business.. so it's nice to see a company that is led from the
top with people that know what they are talking about..

When I set up the ISP in leeds.. it was Nigel himself that came to setup
the router for the circuit..
