Whoever recommended this book recently, thank you. I started reading it in
bed this morning, its great and is a very vivid account of changes in the
global marketplace.

I got it from a Amazon.com (US) zShop for $11 (inclusive of p+p, etc - £6.98
GBP) from a private seller (there were loads to choose from between $1.50
and $2.00), which was cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. It came
in 5 days(!) and oddly was autographed by one of the authors.
