CAT5 UTP is just the cable, the e bit is metal sheilding round the 4 twisted
pairs, has no bearing on whether its cross over or not :)

But anyway back to the matter on hand.
Use 2 DLink DFE530TX NICs, best on the market and they work on anything
including OS/2, install ICS on one machine and let it set everythig up,
thern crossover between them :)
