Hi Russ
It's been a while since I fiddled with perl and stuff, but you might need to
CHMOD them... through cute FTP, you probably need to find the executables,
right click them, choosed CHMOD, and make them... I think... 755? Then give
it a go. If you don't use cute, there should be some option in whatever you
do use.
Also, check that they are uploaded as ASCII rather than BINARY. (again, I
*think* it's this way round - it's been a while).
Someone more knowledgeable than me will no doubt come to your aid also :)
