I cant see the design.. just a photo and some blue boxes??

not sure why you need tables for it either...

If it is meant to be "minimal" its very minimal and the large ammount of
text makes it unpleasant to look at. Do you think people will read all that?

I think it needs some decent sized headlines (preferably graphic) to break
up the content.. the navigation also needs some detailing.. As for the
picture on the home page.. what is that meant to suggest ? Is it you, a
member of staff, your girlfriend, or just somne random attractive bird? what
does it mean and why is it there?

what happened to the butterflies and stuff? I liked that! :)
